Therefore, the personal data of a person who receives the correspondence may be transmitted outside The European Economic Area. Sendgrid Inc. is an entity processing personal data in virtue of standard data protection clauses adopted by the Commission pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR and entered into between the Data Controller and Sendgrid Inc., and providing the appropriate safeguards of personal data. 5) personal data processed with the aim of direct marketing are stored by the Data Controller until my objection is filed regarding the processing thereof in the aforementioned purpose or until the Data Controller decides to erasure of personal data. 6) The following rights are guaranteed to me: a. the right of access to personal data including the right to obtain a copy thereof; b. the right to obtain the rectification of personal data c. the right to obtain the erasure of personal data d. the right to obtain restriction of processing personal data e. the right to transmit personal data f. the right to object to processing of personal data g. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority 7) Upon a written request addressed to the Data Controller to the following address: Edu Bears sp. z o.o. sp. k., Pszczyńska 69, 41-100 Gliwice or via e-mail: office, I may exercise any right referred herein. 8) Providing personal data is optional. However, in case of not providing my personal data I will not be able to receive any business information from the Data Controller
